Concierge Services

All concierge services are a “cost plus” offer similar to the method all General Contractors use for billing their coordination work. You pay the concierge internal costs for services used. We will add a 20% margin to the entire member statement for services at the end of each billing month. That includes subcontractors, internal or external service staff, as well as any professional services supervised. We will gladly hire and supervise any custom position based on your personal job description and budget.
